The builder claims that the house is built after approvals from the relevant authorities and returns a positive yield since the design is popular among students.

Multigeneration:-
In this concept, the house is innovatively built in a manner that are 2 tenancies that can be created within the house.
The builder claims that the house is built after approvals from the relavant authorities and returns a positive yield after all the expenses.
This house design can be constructed in any suburb in melbourne.
